Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Reasurred the youngest of our racers and were spot on the whole time of our visit so much so we re-booked to half price return for another go. Thank you so much for ending our Xmas holidays with a huge smile on all the racers faces.

We had an awesome Christmas eve thanks to the team. Everyone enjoyed themselves and getting to wear the helmet covers set the mood for us. There were 12 of us and the whole team looked after us really well.

Staff were friendly can't remember the name of the 2 lads who were working with us they were great with my little lad think one was Josh! They were so patient and kind! And even have him a medal

Enjoyable morning karting with children. Staff were helpful although the entrance is a little empty and it wasn't entirely clear where to.gonat first. All was quickly explained however. The bar area was quite comfortable, not sure if they serve food (think there is a menu). Interesting 2 level track layout for 2 15-minute sessions which was enough in duration. Surface changes on the lower level so it's an interesting track for an indoor. I would certainly go back. The only sour point is the inevitable wallet scraping so that you have to hire a balaclava and gloves but you can keep them for next time

It was fantastic and hilarious at the same time. Myself and my sister watched as our children enjoyed their time on the track. This isn’t our first visit and we will be back again… As a little side note, for anyone thinking of attending… when you see the brilliant/funny/wacky helmet covers on display near to the cafe/bar… these can actually be hired for your visit at a cost of only £4. We weren’t made aware of this until our most recent visit and it definitely made the day funnier.

Had a booking for 5 here today at 7.15. Arrived on time as directed so 6.30. Checked in, paid for gloves and balaclava, despite website stating they provide all you need, and can purchase reusable if your a regular. Got changed and headed to briefing room, to be told that there would be an hour and half delay on track times, so not getting on track till 8.30 at the earliest. Shame they couldn't have notified us earlier, or even at check in. Had they told us they charged for gloves and balaclavas, again would have took our own. Only receiving 2 stars due to the speed they processed the refund.

We popped in first before booking just to make sure our little one could fit, let him sit in to test to see if he could reach the pedals etc. great friendly staff, lovely clean environment, very spacious. Karts looked brand new and well looked after. Overall great experience would definitely recommend.

Website is very hard to use. POS is anti customer and very unhelpful to staff. Place is clearly run by geeks or accountants. Staff very friendly and helpful and the short karting experience was good. Too much waiting about.
